Cars are not allowed on Sylvan Terrace, and you will sleep well at night, forgetting you are in the middle of New York City, with the subway and Broadway just steps away.
As Private or as Social as you like
With four private guest rooms and two shared baths the house sleeps a maximum of six.
Breakfast is provided in the common room, which guests can use throughout the day to relax or socialize.

Cleaning
Guests are provided towels and bed linen for the duration of their stay. The common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily, but there is no daily room maid service.

Make yourself at home, but remember...
For everyone's health, no smoking is allowed anywhere in the house; for everyone's security outside guests are not allowed. Guests are asked to lock the door each time leaving or entering the house, keep noise levels down at night, and be respectful of other guests and our neighbors on Sylvan Terrace.
