With four bedrooms and two baths the house sleeps a maximum of eight. The common room is where breakfast is provided, lessons are held, and guests can gather to socialize. |

| Cleaning: Guests are provided towels and bed linen for the duration of their stay. The common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily, but there is no daily room maid service. |
|
| House Rules: For everyone's health, no smoking is allowed anywhere in the house; for everyone's security outside guests are not allowed unless authorized. Guests are asked to lock the door each time leaving or entering the house, keep noise levels down at night, and be respectful of other guests and our neighbors on Sylvan Terrace. |
